Responsibilities
Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, including cold-calling
Manage accounts to retain existing relationships and grow share of business
Create quotations and sales proposals for company services and products
Support the outside sales team
Qualify leads including detailed needs analysis, product overview, and potential solution fit
Maintains high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers
Develops relationships with key partners
Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving sales targets
