Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our dental front desk area.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth office functioning.
Must be a people person as you'll be the first face patients see as they enter the practice!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front desk operations, including reception and scheduling - Coordinate insurance verification - Oversee the posting of personal and insurance payments and overall office collections - Assist in treatment coordination - Utilize Eaglesoft practice management software for efficient workflow - Maintain phone systems and greet visitors in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role is a plus, but we are willing to train - Experience with Eaglesoft, not required but is a plus - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively This position offers competitive pay and benefits based on experience levels.
