Clinical Nutrition Manager
ExecuSource has partnered with a healthcare group in Anderson, SC in search of a Clinical Nutrition Manager. Candidates must be an RD or RDN with managerial experience (preferred) or the desire to move into a managerial role. The Clinical Nutrition Manager plays a pivotal role in the healthcare team, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive Nutrition Services. This role encompasses the provision of oral, enteral, and parenteral nutrition support for inpatients, alongside delivering nutrition education to outpatients and staff members. Additionally, the Clinical Nutrition Manager is tasked with ensuring departmental quality assurance and supervising Clinical Dietitians and Dietary Assistants. This position involves direct care responsibilities for patients across the lifespan, from infants to geriatric individuals. What you get to Plan, develop, and implement Nutrition Services, covering oral, enteral, and parenteral nutrition support for inpatients. Provide nutrition education to outpatients and staff members. Conduct departmental quality assurance monitoring and reporting. Supervise Clinical Dietitians and Dietary Assistants. Provide direct care for patients spanning from infancy through to geriatrics. What you need to Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), registered by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (AND). Current licensure status with the Board of Dietetics for the State of South Carolina, OR ability to maintain SC licensure. Strong management and organizational skills, with previous managerial experience preferred, but not required. Progressive, innovative individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Minimum of three years of clinical dietetics experience, preferably in an acute care facility.
