About the Production Associate We are seeking talented associates to build up the Production Team for our third-generation liquid desiccant air conditioner factory.
Prior experience with Assembly, Service, or Installation of any Refrigeration systems is desired.
The successful candidates will get in at the ground floor of our newly launched and funded business to build our manufacturing process and team.

Responsibilities Responsible to assemble, test, and commission production Air Conditioners.
Responsible to be a part of the Assembly team at Mojave's first factory, achieving and exceeding all budgeted metrics:
Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Follow best manufacturing practices to build/assemble refrigeration systems.
Follow mechanical and electrical drawings to assemble commercial HVAC equipment including refrigeration system/heat pump; evaporator and condenser coils; fans and dampers; pumps and plumbing; high voltage (120-480V) electrical components; and sheet metal and insulation components.
Braze copper pipe for refrigeration system:
leak test, pump down, charge, and commission.
Work both independently and under the direction of Manufacturing Engineering and Production Leadership.
Interface clearly and politely with customers and coworkers.
Clearly document and report repairs undertaken and results of inspections.
Qualifications Any experience in HVAC/Refrigeration Manufacturing or Service is highly desired Any experience in a Manufacturing setting is highly desired.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Basic written communication skills (email, paper reports, etc).
EPA Section 608 Technician certification desired.

Generally, our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Mojave.
The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Mojave and our team members.
Health benefits will be effective the first of each month following your initial hire date.
Salary $21.
75 - $33 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
