Provide customer I.

support to a growing number of companies via remote and on-site solutions.
Experience Requirement(s) Operating Systems installation, virus/malware removal, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and repair.
Required Competencies:
Experience in an IT help desk and user support role Experience supporting Windows 10 platforms Experience installing hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, network switches, routers) Experience setting up new user accounts in Microsoft Office 365 environment to include:
Office, One Drive, SharePoint, and Teams Preferred Competencies:
Phone system configuration/user setup Firewall setup/configuration Working knowledge in networking in a Microsoft environment Working Knowledge of Active Directory CompTIA A+, Net
Works Hours Computer Technician work hours are typically Monday - Friday, 8:
30 am - 5:
00 pm.
Applicants must have ONE or more of the following High School Diploma or Equivalent A valid CompTIA A
