MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Monitor work environment and employee actions to ensure safe working conditions.
Ensure compliance with Corporate HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) objectives and requirements.
Monitor associates to ensure they are following current Work Instructions.
Monitor production schedule to ensure that parts are available for assembly.
Monitor part quality.
Assist associates with issues that prevent them from performing their job properly.
Report any safety or performance issues to Shift Manager.
COMPETENCIES:
High school diploma or GED Computer literate Must have Manufacturing experience Able to read, write, and perform basic math functions Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills Must be able to work any shift Must have the ability to lift/carry up to 40lbs without assistance - We are an equal opportunity employer.
