As the Assistant Service Manager you will be directly responsible for helping to keep our guest's cars running at peak performance.
You will work directly with vehicle owners to provide excellent customer service related to their vehicle needs and experience at our dealership.
You will support a dedicated team of skilled Toyota Certified Technicians, and together, will build relationships and trust with each one of our customers.
As an Assistant Service Manager, you will own our guest's experience in the service lane.
You are the first point of contact and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service.
REQUIREMENT SKILLS A clean driving record is a mandatory requirement.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Must possess a Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
Ability to accurately listen and document our guests' concerns Interpret and translate technical information for our guests.
Ensure consistent updates to customers Commitment to creating a positive team environment and a superior culture.
DESIRED SKILLS Previous dealership experience is preferred Experience with Toyota Service and/or products is desirable Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Recommended Skills Customer Service Networking Technical Information Vehicle Insurance Communication Hardworking And Dedicated Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
