Position Purpose The Dispatcher position provides fast and friendly client service to both internal and external clients.
They manage day-to-day workflow efficiently while providing best in class service to our clients.
Additionally, the position supports general office duties.
Reports to:
Office Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer client calls; provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries.
Schedule jobs for technicians.
Primary contact for field technicians calling in for assistance.
Make outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments.
Manage client concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
Enter client data into software.
Handle office tasks such as maintaining supplies, compiling data, creating client thank-you notes, assisting with marketing/sales efforts, and general office admin duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum 1 years' experience in Dispatch/Client Service.
Ability to satisfactorily resolve client concerns.
Competency of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
Able to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
High School diploma or equivalent.
