CAA is looking for a responsible Patient Services Advocate to administer and organize patient services projects, from simple activities to more complex plans that will assist in fulfilling that mission.
The Patient Services Advocate will report to the Executive Director.
Responsibilities include coordinating various community awareness and outreach campaigns to provide education and prevention information as well as resources to the public, while fulfilling the Cancer Association of Anderson's community health priorities and strategic goals.
Skills and
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 4
years of experience with patient advocacy in the health insurance industry Proficiency handling multi-line telecommunications systems and electronic documentation software Excellent written and verbal customer service skills Organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently as well as within a team Capability to maintain and respect confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines Location:

Part-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
