Candidate hired for this position will be in contact with current and delinquent accounts so collections experience and customer service skills are a must.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support - Listen to customer inquiries and concerns and provide appropriate solutions - Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet their requirements - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required - High school diploma or equivalent Note:
