S High School Diploma or equivalent Previous retail sales experience highly preferred Responsibilities Greet and engage customers Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality Generate sales through a consultative approach Build rapport with customers, thru strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills Earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity Encourage additional products to complete the room Work as a team to achieve sales goals Assisting with online and social media marketing efforts Explain financing plans, warranties, and delivery procedures Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs Assist with product merchandising Prompt followup & courtesy calls to customers Responsible for consistently meeting established sales goals Benefits Hourly pay, plus a generous uncapped monthly commissions/spiffs structure with limitless earnings potential.
